Underpads: Protection Plus Underpad, Light Absorbency, 23" x 36", Blue, Bulk Packaged, Protection…

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0465240 to Medline Industries Inc on August 4, 2026, for the procurement of disposable medical supplies. The prime contractor will deliver Protection Plus Underpads, characterized by light absorbency, measuring 23 inches by 36 inches, in blue coloring, and bulk packaged configuration. The order consists of one crate of underpads, with a unit price of $23.22, resulting in a total contract value of twenty-three dollars. The supplies are designated for delivery to Jeremy Gatesman at the contracting organization located in Virginia.

This purchase order represents a routine consumable supplies acquisition by the University of Virginia from an established medical device and supplies distributor. The contract does not specify an explicit performance period beyond the award date of August 4, 2026, nor does it delineate specific performance location details separate from the delivery recipient identification. The minimal contract value and single-line-item scope indicate this represents a targeted procurement for institutional medical support needs rather than a comprehensive supply agreement.
