T Quick-Connect Water Filter For Use With EZH2OR Bottle Fillers Reduces Chlorine Odor Chlorine Taste…

The University of Virginia awarded a purchase order (PO-0465233) to W W Grainger Inc on August 4, 2026, for the procurement of water filtration equipment. The contract, valued at $185.00, covers the supply of quick-connect water filters designed for use with EZH2OR bottle fillers. These filters are engineered to reduce chlorine odor, chlorine taste, cysts, lead, particulates, and sediment. The specified units feature a 1.5 gallon per minute flow rate, a 3¼-inch diameter, a 9½-inch overall height, and a 3,000-gallon service life rating.

The purchase order specifies a quantity of two filter units at a unit price of $92.86 each, with delivery directed to Thomas Anthony Evatt in Virginia. No specific county designation or alternate performance location is identified in the contract documentation. The minimal contract value and single line item structure indicate this represents a routine maintenance and supply procurement for the university's water filtration infrastructure.
