The University of Virginia, acting as the contracting organization, awarded contract A207_PO-0457085 to Amazon Capital Services, Inc. on July 10, 2026, for the procurement of office and IT equipment and supplies. The contract has a cumulative value of $105.00 and includes delivery to Kelsey Marie Yancey. The awarded products consist of four line items: one Key-Bak Sidekick Professional Heavy Duty Self Retracting Identification Badge and Key Reel with retractable Kevlar cord in a two-pack configuration ($15.98); one APC replacement battery, model RBC17, compatible with multiple Uninterruptible Power Supply backup models ($63.59); one two-pack heavy duty metal retractable badge holder reel with belt clip and waterproof vertical clear identification card holder featuring carabiners ($10.91); and one set of five replacement office chair wheels in a two-inch universal fit configuration designed for use on hardwood floors and carpet ($14.99).

The contract was executed in Virginia and represents a routine purchase of office equipment and accessory items. No specific performance period beyond the award date of July 10, 2026, is identified in the contract documentation. The low contract value and nature of the procured items indicate this award constitutes a routine operational purchase for the University of Virginia's facilities and administrative needs.
