To finish out the year for PO#2343344 and 1 more item

Edwards Business Machines Inc has been awarded contract A207_PO-0456970-V3 by the University of Virginia on July 15, 2026. The contract represents a cumulative value of $1,020.12 and consists of two line items totaling purchases for year-end completion. The first line item, valued at $586.08, is associated with Purchase Order #2343344, while the second line item, valued at $434.04, is associated with Purchase Order #2370589. Both deliveries are directed to Amie Marie Hayes at the University of Virginia in Virginia.

While the specific product or service descriptions are not detailed in the available contract documentation, the line items indicate that Edwards Business Machines Inc is providing equipment or supplies necessary to complete fiscal year obligations under the referenced purchase orders. The contract award documents do not specify an explicit performance period beyond the award date of July 15, 2026, nor do they identify a specific county within Virginia. The minimal contract value and year-end completion designation suggest this represents a close-out or final delivery against existing procurement commitments rather than a new comprehensive service engagement.
