07/09/2026 C'ville Coffee Catering 20 Note: Job Search Coffee Hour for postdocs and grad students…

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0452456 to America To Go LLC on June 25, 2026, for catering services in support of a Job Search Coffee Hour event. The contract, valued at $272.50, was performed in Charlottesville, Virginia, with deliverables directed to Amy Yvette Garrou. The engagement represents a single transaction rather than an ongoing service relationship, as evidenced by the specific event date of July 9, 2026, and discrete line item structure.

The scope of work comprised the provision of refreshments and food items for an academic networking event targeted at postdoctoral researchers and graduate students. Deliverables included one local sampler platter, one gallon of coffee, one Charlottesville Coffee Platter (small), ten individual Chobani Greek Yogurt cups, and one fruit item. These items were procured as a single unit delivery, indicating a one-time catering engagement to support the University's professional development programming.
