The University of Virginia awarded a contract to CareerAmerica LLC on June 25, 2026, for the provision of an Ocelot (Gravyty) Texting Subscription service. The total contract value is $12,000.00, representing an annual subscription for a single unit of service to be delivered to Jessica Clark. This contract falls under Virginia state procurement authority and represents a straightforward software-as-a-service arrangement for text messaging capabilities.

The Ocelot (Gravyty) platform, as specified in the line item, constitutes the primary deliverable under this procurement. No specific county designation or secondary place of performance is identified in the contract documentation beyond the University of Virginia as the contracting organization. The contract structure indicates an annual subscription model with a unit price of $12,000.00, though the documentation does not explicitly specify whether this represents a one-year term or provides details regarding renewal options or the overall contract performance period beyond the award date.
