The University of Virginia awarded a contract to Blue Ridge Cleaning Group LLC on June 19, 2026, for cleaning services in Virginia. The cumulative contract value is $1,176.00. The contract encompasses two distinct service deliveries: Blue Ridge Green Cleaning services for cabin turns totaling $294.00, and commercial janitorial services on public spaces with additional cabin turns performed on June 8 and June 11, totaling $882.00. Christopher Michael Moye is identified as the delivery recipient for both line items.

The services were invoiced in mid-June 2026, with the cabin turn cleaning services invoiced on June 14, 2026, and the commercial janitorial and cabin turn services invoiced on June 15, 2026.
