70 Light Magenta Ink Cartridge 130 mL HELMCZ3100 and 1 more item

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0448487 to B & H Photo Video-Pro-Audio on June 12, 2026, for the supply of photographic and printing materials totaling $602.00. The contract encompasses two primary line items: 70 Light Magenta Ink Cartridge units (130 mL) at a unit price of $122.66 per cartridge, with a quantity of two units ordered, and Universal Instant-dry Gloss Photo Paper in 42-inch wide roll format, 100 feet in length, at a unit price of $178.47 per roll, with a quantity of two rolls ordered. Both items are designated for delivery to Brandon K. Davidson.

This procurement falls under the Commonwealth of Virginia's authority and represents a straightforward purchase of consumable supplies for photographic and printing operations. The contract does not specify a distinct period of performance; however, based on the nature of the line items and standard procurement practices, this appears to be a supplies purchase order rather than a comprehensive service contract. No information regarding contract duration, renewal options, or performance locations beyond the delivery point has been provided in the award documentation.
