Global Equipment Company Inc. was awarded a purchase order (PO-0448193) by the University of Virginia on August 3, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $67.00. The award is classified under Virginia state contracting and involves the procurement of storage and organizational equipment. The primary deliverable consists of five units of Durham Large Plastic Compartment Boxes (LPADJ-CLEAR model) featuring adjustable configurations with 20 dividers, measuring 13-1/8 by 9 by 2-5/16 inches, at a unit price of $11.16 per box. Delivery of the compartment boxes is designated to James Rogers Balser.

The purchase order also includes a shipping line item valued at $11.99, with delivery designated to the Buyer. The modest contract value and limited scope of the award indicate this is a routine procurement transaction for organizational supplies rather than a major capital or services engagement. No specific period of performance or contract completion date is identified in the available documentation.
