The contract, valued at $24.00, calls for the delivery of 1Mii Computer Speakers designed for desktop, laptop, and tablet use. These USB-powered speakers feature wired connectivity with volume control and are compatible with 3.5-millimeter audio jack inputs across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. The contracting organization specified delivery to the buyer location, with a total quantity of 24 units at $1.00 per unit.

This procurement represents a routine technology equipment acquisition by the University of Virginia, a Virginia-based state institution. The contract documentation does not specify a distinct performance period beyond the award date of August 8, 2026, nor does it identify a separate place of performance outside the buyer's location. The minimal contract value and straightforward product specification indicate this is a standard operational equipment purchase supporting the university's computing infrastructure needs.
