The University of Virginia has awarded contract A207_PO-0446299 to The Supply Room (TSRC) – State of Virginia, effective June 6, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of two distinct product categories totaling $427. The awarded items are being delivered to Susanne Harder and include one carton of World Centric Compostable Fiber Plates (9-inch diameter, natural bamboo fiber, round, food-service grade, 1,000 units per carton) at a unit price of $170.43, and one HP 414X (W2021X) Original High Yield Laser Toner Cartridge in cyan at a unit price of $257.44.

This purchase order represents a relatively modest procurement of office and food service supplies. As The Supply Room is designated as a State of Virginia contractor, the performance location is presumed to be within Virginia. No specific contract period of performance beyond the award date is identified in the available documentation. The cumulative contract value of $427 reflects a routine supply replenishment transaction consistent with standard state procurement practices for consumable office and food service materials.
