Mosfet n-CH 60V 280MA SOT23-3 and 3 more items

The University of Virginia awarded a purchase order (PO-0446184) to Digi Key Corporation on June 6, 2026, for an aggregate contract value of $94.00. The award encompasses the procurement of electronic components and sensors for delivery to Morgan L Davis. The contract involves four distinct line items consisting of N-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), surface-mount device (SMD) resistors, resistor arrays, and an optical sensor with Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) communication capability.

The specific deliverables include 100 units of MOSFET N-channel 60V 280 milliampere components at $0.07 per unit; 200 units of 200-ohm 0.5 percent tolerance 1/10-watt 0603 SMD resistors at $0.02 per unit; 100 units of four-resistor 10 killiohm 1206 resistor arrays at $0.03 per unit; and 25 units of optical sensors with 0 to 130-centimeter detection range at $3.23 per unit. All materials are designated for delivery to the identified recipient in Virginia, with Digi Key Corporation serving as the prime contractor responsible for fulfilling this University of Virginia procurement requirement.
