The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0444925 to America To Go LLC on June 3, 2026, for catering services in support of the Jeffersonian Dinner event. The contract represents a single transaction with a cumulative value of $1,932.00. The primary deliverable consists of food and beverage services provided by Avocado: A Creative Catering for the "Feast of Reason" dinner event hosted by Mary Kate Cary on April 21, 2026. The service was delivered to Gracelyn Spates at the University of Virginia facilities.

This Virginia-based contract involved non-food and beverage support services for the UVA Jeffersonian Dinner held at a pavilion location. The procurement was executed as a single-line-item purchase order with one unit at a price of $1,932.00, reflecting a discrete catering engagement rather than an ongoing service arrangement. The award demonstrates the University of Virginia's utilization of established vendor relationships for specialized event catering requirements within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
