The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0442384-V3 to Sterilelink Inc on August 8, 2026, for preventative maintenance services on sterilization equipment. The contract, valued at $208, encompasses 208 units of maintenance service delivery. The services include comprehensive inspection and maintenance of sterilization chamber equipment, including door operation verification, gasket and cable inspection, chamber strainer cleaning, test cycle execution, and system leak detection and repair.

During performance of this contract, Sterilelink Inc identified and remedied a critical system defect, specifically a cracked nipple connection on the swing check valve leading to the boiler's water pump, which was generating leaks. The contractor completed pressure-temperature correlation verification during the sterilization cycle and confirmed normal cycle progression and completion. The work was performed for the University of Virginia, a state entity located in Virginia.
