WILLBOND 200 Pcs Garden Plastic Twist Tie for Garland, 4.72'' Decorative Tree Twist Tie for Wreath…

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0435398-V3 to Amazon Capital Services, Inc. on June 20, 2026, for the procurement of garden supplies. The contract, valued at five dollars, represents a purchase order issued by the Virginia-based educational institution. The specific line item procured consists of 200-piece sets of decorative plastic twist ties designed for garden, wreath, and plant support applications, with a unit price of one dollar per each. A total quantity of five units was ordered under this contract.

The contract was executed without specification of an explicit performance period or dedicated place of performance beyond the University of Virginia's location in Virginia. As a micro-purchase or supply order, this contract reflects routine procurement activity typical of educational institution operations and does not indicate major capital investment or service delivery obligations. The nominal contract value and straightforward commodity nature of the goods suggest this represents routine institutional procurement rather than a strategic acquisition.
