The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0352786-V3 to Charles Peale on June 20, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $630. The prime contractor will deliver illustration and image enhancement services consisting of 630 units at $1 per unit. Peale will create new illustrated images and apply color to existing images previously developed for both Spanish and English language Virginia Language Programs (VLP). Delivery is to be made to the contracting organization, the University of Virginia, located in Virginia.

This contract represents a straightforward services engagement for visual content development supporting the University of Virginia's bilingual language instruction initiatives. The scope of work centers on graphic design and illustration services that will enhance educational materials across dual-language offerings. The modest contract value and unit-based pricing structure indicate a discrete project for supplementary visual content creation rather than an ongoing comprehensive service arrangement.
