Sunbelt Rentals has been awarded contract A207_PO-0305075-V3 by the University of Virginia on July 18, 2026. The prime contractor will provide scaffolding rental services to support the University's annual steam outage maintenance operations. The scaffolding will enable safe access to elevated work areas during service and repair activities that cannot be performed safely without elevated work platforms. The contract specifies a unit price of one unit per delivery to the buyer, though specific annual value, total contract amount, and cumulative value figures are not disclosed in the award documentation.

The contract is executed in Virginia under the University of Virginia's procurement authority. While the specific period of performance and detailed contract value are not provided in the available documentation, the nature of the requirement indicates this is a service delivery contract for temporary access equipment rental tied to the University's planned maintenance schedule. The line item structure suggests a transactional arrangement for equipment delivery, though additional terms regarding rental duration, insurance, and equipment specifications would typically be documented in the full contract terms and conditions.
