Tacticai 2000 Smile Raffle Tickets, Single Roll, Yellow and 2 more items

College of William & Mary, located in Virginia, awarded contract A204_P0033459 to Amazon Capital Services Inc. on September 9, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of promotional and signage materials totaling $43.00. The line items include Tactical 2000 Smile Raffle Tickets in both yellow and red single rolls, and a 12-pack of blank yard signs measuring 17 by 12 inches in white plastic with metal stakes suitable for various applications including birthday decorations, garage sales, and open house signage. All items are to be delivered to Chris Mills.

The contract represents a micro-purchase transaction typical of institutional procurement for promotional and operational supplies. No specific contract performance period is documented in the award materials provided. The minimal contract value and commodity nature of the items indicate this is routine procurement activity rather than a complex service delivery engagement.
