256GB Extreme PRO UHS-II SDXC Memory Card SAEPSD256GB6 and 2 more items

The College of William & Mary, a Virginia institution, awarded a contract to B & H Photo Video-Pro-Audio on August 30, 2026, with a cumulative value of $1,238.72. The contract encompasses the procurement of data storage and connectivity equipment, with deliveries directed to GovEd Bids. The award includes four units of 256GB Extreme PRO UHS-II Secure Digital eXtended Capacity memory cards at $179.99 per unit and two units of 1TB Extreme PRO Portable Solid State Drive V2 devices at $239.73 per unit.

The contract further includes two portable Universal Serial Bus Type-C hub multiport 6-in-1 adapters for Mac Pro workstations at $19.65 per unit. These line items represent standard information technology peripherals and accessories commonly procured by educational institutions to support digital media workflows, data storage requirements, and portable computing infrastructure. The contract award reflects a single transaction rather than an ongoing service delivery arrangement, as evidenced by the absence of annual value and explicit performance period data.
