The College of William & Mary, a Virginia-based institution, awarded contract A204_P0032528 to Amazon Capital Services Inc. on August 29, 2026. The contract carries a cumulative value of $161 and represents a procurement by a state higher education entity. While the specific products and services are not enumerated in the available documentation, the selection of Amazon Capital Services Inc. as the prime contractor suggests the engagement involves commercial goods or technology-enabled services typical of that vendor's offerings.

The contract file does not contain explicit information regarding the period of performance, annual value breakdown, specific places of performance, or detailed scope of work. The minimal contract value of $161 indicates this is a limited or pilot engagement rather than a substantial procurement. Additional contract documentation would be necessary to provide a comprehensive accounting of deliverables, performance metrics, and service-level expectations associated with this award.
