This Virginia-based contract represents a minimal-value transaction for international parcel customs clearance and delivery services. While the contract documentation does not specify an explicit performance period or annual value separate from the cumulative contract amount, the nature of the work indicates a discrete customs processing and delivery engagement rather than an ongoing service arrangement. The College of William & Mary, located in Virginia, served as the contracting organization for this customs duty disbursement service.
