Amazon Capital Services Inc. was awarded contract A204_P0030816 by the College of William & Mary on August 9, 2026, with a total cumulative value of $318. The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of audio-visual and computer peripheral equipment to Chris Mills at the College of William & Mary in Virginia. The awarded line items include two TECKNET wireless ergonomic computer mice (2.4 gigahertz, 2,600 dots per inch resolution) at $9.98 each, one Pyle PSBT105A 1,000-watt portable Bluetooth public address speaker system with 10-inch subwoofer, wireless microphone capability, and rechargeable battery at $111.99, one Vondynote single tripod speaker stand with adjustable height at $26.59, one TONOR wireless microphone system with handheld, headset, and lapel microphone configurations at $129.99, and one Aredy 66-inch portable metal art easel stand two-pack at $29.49.

The contract represents a modest procurement of information technology and presentation equipment by the College of William & Mary's procurement function. The specific end-use application of these items—computer peripherals, audio amplification, microphone systems, speaker stands, and art easels—suggests potential deployment for instructional, administrative, or event support purposes within the institution. The award to Amazon Capital Services Inc. reflects the utilization of a commercial vendor supply channel for institutional operational needs.
