Guardian 6-Outlet Surge Protector KEK38215NA and 1 more item

The College of William & Mary, a Virginia-based contracting organization, awarded a contract to B & H Photo Video-Pro-Audio on August 2, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $48.00. The contract encompasses the procurement of two information technology and office equipment items: a Guardian 6-Outlet Surge Protector (model KEK38215NA) priced at $17.13 per unit and an MK295 Silent Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo in Graphite (model LOMK295GR) priced at $30.93 per unit. Both line items were ordered in quantities of one unit each and are designated for delivery to GovEd Bids.

This small-value contract reflects a routine institutional procurement of standard computer peripherals and power management equipment. The award does not specify an explicit contract period of performance or annual value breakout; however, the modest cumulative value and single-unit quantities suggest this represents a discrete purchase order rather than an ongoing supply or service agreement. The place of performance is identified as GovEd Bids, the designated delivery location for the ordered equipment.
