The College of William & Mary awarded a contract to The Supply Room under Virginia contract number A204_P0026965, effective June 13, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of office supply items with a cumulative value of sixty-nine dollars. The deliverables are designated for receipt by Dutch Jones and consist of two distinct line items: twelve Pentel EnerGel RTX Rollerball Pens (refillable, retractable, blue gel-based ink with silver metal-tipped barrels) at a unit price of $2.53 each, and two sets of Expo Dry Erase Markers (erasable, assorted ink colors, sixteen markers per set) at a unit price of $19.66 per set.

The Supply Room, serving as the prime contractor, is responsible for fulfilling this supply order through the contracting organization's procurement process. The contract represents a routine office supply acquisition for the College of William & Mary in Virginia. Given the limited contract value and straightforward nature of the deliverables, this award reflects standard institutional procurement for consumable office materials.
