The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (Agency Code 644) awarded a purchase order to Sid Tool Co., Inc., doing business as MSC Industrial Supply Co., on October 8, 2026, under Contract TXMAS-25-45003. The contractor, located in Davidson, North Carolina, was selected to supply one 48" x 32" Gray/Black Metal Pegboard Kit (manufacturer part number 35IWRK-400-GB), manufactured by Wall Control Inc., for delivery to the Edna Tamayo Reentry Center in Harlingen, Texas. The contract value totals $147.96, with a unit price of $147.96 and scheduled delivery on October 15, 2026.

The purchase order was issued by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department with Norma Ramos as the purchasing representative and Jolene Delgado designated as the point of contact at the delivery location. The State of Texas claims exemption from state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), as the pegboard kit is for exclusive use by a state political subdivision. The Approved Requested Order timeframe was seven days, establishing a compressed performance schedule for this commodity procurement.
