6-1/4X3X8" Gry Key Cabinet W/Key Lock

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), awarded contract TXMAS-25-45003 to Sid Tool Co., Inc., doing business as MSC Industrial Supply Co., for the procurement of security storage equipment. The prime contractor, located in Davidson, North Carolina, was tasked with supplying one unit of a 6-1/4" x 3" x 8" gray key cabinet with key lock (manufactured by Micro World Corp., model CB12482). The contract was awarded on June 10, 2026, with a total contract value of $31.21. The item was procured under a commodity code designation (18331066) and delivered to the Seguin Designated Processing Operation (DPO) facility in Seguin, Texas, with billing directed to TDCJ Accounts Payable in Huntsville, Texas.

The purchase order specified a scheduled delivery date of June 17, 2026, establishing a seven-day delivery window from the order issuance date. The transaction benefited from Texas state sales tax exemption, as the property was secured for exclusive use by a state agency. Zachary Walker served as the designated agency purchaser for the TDCJ-ID. The modest contract value and single-item scope indicate this was a routine procurement action to support security and operational requirements at the specified state correctional facility.
