Crisp lemon 35CT 12/CS clorox disinfecting wipes and 1 more item

The Texas Workforce Commission (Agency 320) awarded a purchase order (TXMAS-25-45003) to Sid Tool Co., Inc., doing business as MSC Industrial Supply Co., located in Davidson, North Carolina, on March 25, 2026. The contract covers the procurement of Clorox Disinfecting Wipes in Crisp Lemon scent, 35-count packages with 12 units per case, classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 73560. The purchase order encompasses two line items with a combined total contract value of $46.96.

The award was processed through the State of Texas via the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division. The state exercised its exemption from Federal Excise Taxes and claimed sales tax exemption under Texas Tax Code, Section 151.309(4), for purchases secured for exclusive use by the state or its political subdivisions. The document does not specify a definitive contract performance period beyond the award date; however, the nature of the procurement suggests delivery of consumable janitorial supplies to support Texas Workforce Commission operations.
