Contract 26313384

The Texas Department of Transportation, District 601, awarded a purchase order (TXMAS-25-45002) to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger on July 28, 2026. The contracting organization procured two line items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000 through an offline sales purchase order mechanism. The total contract value is $356.18, consisting of one Grainger item priced at $356.18 and one item provided at no charge. The order was placed with Grainger's location at 7950 Research Blvd., Austin, Texas 78758-8425, with delivery scheduled for the order date of July 28, 2026.

The specific products or services delivered under this purchase order cannot be definitively determined from the available documentation, as the line item descriptions are identified only as "Grainger Item" without further specification. The purchase order was processed as a state entity procurement exempt from Federal Excise Taxes and Texas sales tax under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The order's modest value and single-transaction structure indicate this represents a discrete procurement event rather than an ongoing supply or service agreement with an extended performance period.
