Contract 26311919

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a contract by the Railroad Commission of Texas (Agency 455) on July 28, 2026, under the TXMAS-25-45002 contract vehicle. The prime contractor is located at 7950 Research Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78758-8425. The contract pertains to the procurement of Grainger items classified under NIGP Code 45000. The total contract value is $318.60, representing a single purchase order transaction with two line items, both identified as Grainger items with a combined extended price of $318.60.

The purchase order was issued as an offline sale transaction with delivery scheduled for July 28, 2026, requiring zero days advance receipt of order. Specific product descriptions and part numbers are not detailed in the available documentation. The State of Texas asserted exemption from Federal Excise Taxes and all state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4) for this procurement of tangible personal property for exclusive use by the State of Texas or its political subdivisions. The minimal contract value and expedited delivery timeline indicate this represents a routine maintenance or supply procurement rather than a major capital or service delivery engagement.
