Contract 26311198

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a purchase order by the State of Texas, Department of State Health Services (Agency 537), under contract TXMAS-25-45002. The award, issued on July 28, 2026, encompasses two line items classified under NIGP Code 45000 and designated as Grainger items. The first line item is priced at $151.63 for one unit, while the second line item carries a unit price of $0.00. The total cumulative contract value is $151.63. The purchase order (PO No. 26311198) specifies a delivery date of July 28, 2026, with zero days allocated for arrival and receipt.

The specific products or services being supplied under this purchase order are not detailed in the available documentation beyond their classification as standard Grainger items. Grainger, a supplier headquartered in Austin, Texas, is the prime contractor responsible for fulfilling this order. The State of Texas claims sales tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4) for this purchase of tangible personal property intended for exclusive use by the state. The minimal contract value and compressed performance timeline suggest this represents a routine supply procurement rather than a comprehensive service delivery engagement.
