Contract 26311122

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a purchase order by the State of Texas, Department of Public Safety (Agency 405) on July 28, 2026, under Contract TXMAS-25-45002. The contract encompasses the procurement of two Grainger items with a total contract value of $204.75. The first line item consists of one unit priced at $204.75, while the second line item comprises one unit at no charge. The purchase order was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division, with the supplier headquartered in Austin, Texas.

Both line items under this procurement were scheduled for delivery on July 28, 2026, with zero days after receipt of order (ARO) lead time. The specific commodity descriptions and part numbers for the Grainger items are not detailed in the available documentation. The State of Texas claimed exemption from Federal Excise Taxes and sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). Given the minimal contract value and the generic item descriptions provided, this appears to be a routine supplies or materials procurement executed through an established Grainger supply agreement.
