Contract 26305158

On July 15, 2026, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Agency 601, awarded a purchase order to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger for the procurement of industrial supplies and equipment under Contract TXMAS-25-45002. The contract was executed through an Offline Sale Purchase Order (PO No. 26305158) issued by the State of Texas, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division. The prime contractor, Grainger, is located at 7950 Research Blvd., Austin, TX 78758-8425. The total contract value is $42.55, reflecting a single line item priced at $42.55 per unit, with a second line item valued at $0.00.

The procurement covers two line items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000, both identified as Grainger items. Delivery was required on July 15, 2026, with zero days to arrival ready order status. The State of Texas claimed a sales tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the property is being secured for exclusive use by the state or a Texas political subdivision. Given the minimal contract value and immediate delivery date, this represents a routine operational purchase order rather than a blanket or requirements contract.
