Contract 26304135

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger received a purchase order award from the Texas Department of Transportation (Agency 601) on July 15, 2026, under statewide contract TXMAS-25-45002. The award, issued through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division, reflects a total order value of $104.18 for unspecified Grainger items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The contractor's principal place of business is located at 7950 Research Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78758-8425. Delivery was scheduled for immediate fulfillment on the award date of July 15, 2026.

The purchase order consisted of two line items, with Line Item 1 priced at $104.18 for one unit and Line Item 2 valued at $0.00. As a purchase order issued to a state agency, the transaction qualifies for exemption from federal excise taxes and sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The modest contract value and immediate delivery timeline indicate this represents a routine procurement through Texas's statewide master services agreement rather than a full-term contract engagement.
