Contract 26303690

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger, headquartered in Austin, Texas, was awarded a purchase order valued at $32.44 by the Tarrant Regional Water District - D2200 (a political subdivision of Texas located in Fort Worth) on July 15, 2026. The award was issued under the TXMAS-25-45002 contract administered through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division. The purchase order encompasses two line items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000, with delivery required on July 15, 2026.

The contract deliverables consist of Grainger-sourced items procured for the exclusive use of the Tarrant Regional Water District. The first line item carries a unit price of $32.44 with an extended price of $32.44, while the second line item is valued at $0.00. As a procurement by a Texas political subdivision, the order is exempt from applicable state and city sales taxes. The minimal contract value and compressed delivery timeline indicate this represents a routine, low-dollar purchase order executed through an existing statewide procurement vehicle rather than a comprehensive supply agreement.
