Contract 26302994

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a contract by Corpus Christi State School - 670 in Texas under contract number TXMAS-25-45002 on July 15, 2026. The contract encompasses the supply of Grainger items through an Offline Sale Purchase Order (PO No. 26302994) with a total cumulative value of $21.00. The prime contractor is located at 7950 Research Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78758-8425. The purchase order reflects two line items for Grainger items, with delivery required on July 15, 2026 and zero days advance request for quote (ARO).

The contract represents a minimal-value procurement for generic Grainger items without detailed commodity descriptions or supplier part numbers specified in the available documentation. Line Item 1 consists of one unit priced at $21.00, while Line Item 2 contains one unit at no charge. The State of Texas claims exemption from Federal Excise Taxes and state and local sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the purchased items are designated for exclusive use by a Texas political subdivision. The specific nature and functionality of the items procured cannot be determined from the materials provided, as only generic "GRAINGER ITEM" designations appear in the line item descriptions.
