Contract 26297345

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger received a contract award from East Central Independent School District (ISD) - S0157, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, under contract number TXMAS-25-45002. The award was issued on July 13, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $24.40. The contract covers industrial supply items procured through Grainger's established catalog. Performance is located at East Central ISD's facility at 6634 New Sulphur Springs Road, San Antonio, Texas 78263. The purchase order encompasses two line items, with delivery scheduled for July 13, 2026.

The contract represents a routine procurement of industrial supplies by a Texas public school district, utilizing Grainger as the prime contractor for supplies designated for exclusive use by the political subdivision. The transaction includes applicable sales tax exemptions under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). While specific product descriptions are referenced as "Grainger items," the purchase order documentation does not itemize individual products or provide detailed specifications. The compressed delivery timeline and minimal contract value indicate this represents a standard operational purchase order rather than a multi-year supply agreement.
