Both items were scheduled for delivery on July 10, 2026, with zero days advance notice required.

The specific product descriptions are not detailed in the available purchase order documentation; however, both items are procured from Grainger's catalog offerings. The Lower Neches Valley Authority, as a Texas political subdivision, is exempt from federal excise taxes and sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). This represents a discrete purchase order transaction rather than an ongoing service contract, with all deliverables due on the award date itself.
