Contract 26292666

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger received a purchase order award from the Fort Worth Transportation Authority - K2200, a Texas political subdivision, on July 10, 2026. The contract, designated TXMAS-25-45002, pertains to the procurement of Grainger items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The total contract value is $1,108.70, with delivery to the Fort Worth Transportation Authority's facility located at 801 Grove Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. The purchase order reflects an immediate delivery requirement with zero days advance request of order.

The procurement represents an offline sale purchase order structure with two line items, both for Grainger items with a combined extended price of $1,108.70. The Fort Worth Transportation Authority asserted tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the items are designated for exclusive use by a Texas political subdivision. No specific period of performance extending beyond the award date of July 10, 2026 is documented in the available materials, indicating this is a single purchase order transaction rather than a longer-term contract vehicle.
