Contract 26292665

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division (TDCJ-ITD) awarded a purchase order valued at $352.81 to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger under the statewide master agreement contract TXMAS-25-45002, effective July 10, 2026. The purchase order (No. 26292665) comprises two line items identified as Grainger items, with the primary deliverable priced at $352.81 and a secondary item provided at no additional charge. The specific product descriptions are not detailed in the available documentation beyond the reference to "Grainger Item," indicating these are supplies or materials sourced from Grainger's catalog under the master agreement.

The delivery destination is the TDCJ-ITD Maintenance Depot located in Huntsville, Texas, with an immediate delivery requirement as of the award date. The State of Texas asserts exemption from federal excise taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). Given the transaction structure and delivery location at a correctional facility maintenance depot, this purchase order represents a routine operational supply acquisition executed through an existing statewide master agreement contract mechanism.
