Contract 26289668

The Texas Department of Transportation - 601 awarded a purchase order to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger for the procurement of two Grainger items on July 10, 2026, under Contract TXMAS-25-45002. The contract was processed through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division. The vendor, located at 7950 Research Blvd., Austin, TX 78758-8425, fulfilled the order with zero-day delivery on the same date of issuance. The total contract value is $71.16, with one line item priced at $71.16 and a second line item valued at $0.00.

The specific products procured are identified generically as Grainger items and are for the exclusive use of the State of Texas. The purchase qualifies for exemption from sales tax under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4) and Federal Excise Taxes. While the precise nature of the Grainger items is not detailed in the available documentation, the transaction reflects a standard offline sale purchase order processed through Texas's statewide procurement framework. The minimal contract value and expedited delivery timeline suggest this represents a routine supply procurement rather than a comprehensive service delivery engagement.
