Contract 26289307

The Texas Health & Human Services Commission (Agency 529) awarded a purchase order (PO No. 26289307) to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger under the TXMAS-25-45002 contract on July 10, 2026. The prime contractor, located at 7950 Research Boulevard, Austin, Texas, was tasked with supplying two line items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. However, the purchase order documentation does not provide specific commodity descriptions for either line item, identifying them only as generic "Grainger Items." The total contract value for this procurement is $1,834.67, with one unit priced at $1,834.67 and a second unit priced at zero dollars.

The purchase order was issued with a delivery date of July 10, 2026, and zero days allowed after receipt of order (ARO) for delivery. The State of Texas claimed exemption from federal excise taxes and state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). Both the bill-to and ship-to locations are designated as the United States. Due to the limited specificity in the available documentation, the exact nature and intended use of the procured items cannot be definitively determined from the materials provided.
