Contract 26282368

The City of La Porte, Texas (Agency M6014) awarded a contract to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger under the TXMAS-25-45002 procurement vehicle on June 23, 2026. The award encompasses the procurement of two Grainger items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The contract value totals $47.17, with line item one priced at $47.17 and line item two valued at $0.00. Delivery and performance of services were scheduled for June 23, 2026, with goods to be shipped to the City of La Porte at 604 W Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas 77577.

While the specific product descriptions for the Grainger items are not detailed in the available documentation, the procurement is characterized as an offline sale purchase order (PO No. 26282368) with zero days advance receipt required, indicating expedited fulfillment. The transaction qualifies as a state and local government procurement exempt from sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The minimal contract value and single-day performance window suggest this represents a small-value, time-sensitive procurement of standard maintenance, repair, or supply items typically available through Grainger's product catalog.
