San Benito Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) in San Benito, Texas, awarded a purchase order totaling $170.06 to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger on June 20, 2026, under Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) contract TXMAS-25-45002. The purchasing entity, San Benito CISD - S0311, procured two line items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000, with delivery scheduled for June 22, 2026. The contract is exempt from Texas sales tax under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4) and Federal Excise Taxes per state exemption provisions.

The purchase order specifies one Grainger item at a unit price of $170.06 and one additional Grainger item at no charge, though specific product descriptions are not detailed in the available documentation. The contract allows zero days for receipt of order, indicating expedited fulfillment requirements. Performance is based in San Benito, Texas, with the prime contractor being Grainger, headquartered in Austin, Texas. The modest contract value and limited line item detail suggest this represents a routine procurement of supplies or materials through an established Multiple Award Schedule vehicle.
