Contract 26280052

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a purchase order (PO No. 26280052) by the State of Texas, Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division on June 20, 2026, under the TXMAS-25-45002 contract. The contract amount totals $14.70, comprising two line items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000. The order was placed for delivery to the TDCJ Institutional and Training Division Maintenance Depot located in Huntsville, Texas. The goods are scheduled for delivery on June 22, 2026, with no advance order requirement specified.

The specific products provided by Grainger are not detailed in the purchase order documentation reviewed; however, the items fall within Grainger's standard inventory classification. The State of Texas claimed exemption from state and city sales taxes and Federal Excise Taxes on the purchase, as the property was acquired for exclusive use by the state government. Due to the minimal contract value and single purchase order structure, this represents a discrete transactional award rather than a framework agreement with ongoing obligations or option periods.
