Contract 26279981

The Texas Department of Transportation, District 601, awarded a purchase order (PO No. 26279981) to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger on June 20, 2026, under the TXMAS-25-45002 contract. The awardee is located at 7950 Research Blvd., Austin, Texas 78758-8425. The purchase order encompasses two line items classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000, with a combined contract value of $88.03. Delivery was scheduled for June 22, 2026, with zero days advance receipt outstanding.

The specific products supplied under this purchase order are not detailed in the available documentation beyond their NIGP classification. The State of Texas claimed a sales tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4) for the purchase of tangible personal property for exclusive use by the state. Given the minimal contract value and the single purchase order nature of the award, this represents a routine procurement transaction rather than an ongoing supply arrangement. The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Statewide Procurement Division processed the transaction through the Offline Sale Purchase Order system.
