The specific products or services being procured cannot be definitively determined from the available documentation, as the purchase order references only generic NIGP Code 45000 classifications without detailed item descriptions. However, given the vendor's primary business operations, the procurement likely involves maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies or equipment. Delivery was scheduled for June 19, 2026, on an as-requested basis. As a state entity, Cedar Hill ISD was exempt from federal excise taxes and Texas state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4).
