Contract 26278609

The Texas Health & Human Services Commission (Agency 529) awarded a purchase order to W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger on June 19, 2026, under contract TXMAS-25-45002. The awardee, located in Austin, Texas, was selected as the prime contractor for this transaction. The purchase order, numbered 26278609, encompasses supplies classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code 45000, with a total contract value of $59.00. Both line items specified in the purchase order carried a delivery date of June 19, 2026, with zero days allowed after receipt of order for fulfillment.

The specific products or services procured are identified only generically as "Grainger Items" within the available documentation, with no detailed item descriptions provided. The purchase order consists of two line items: one unit priced at $59.00 and one unit at no charge. As a state purchase, the transaction qualifies for exemption from federal excise taxes and claims exemption from state and city sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4). The limited scope and minimal contract value suggest this represents a discrete, lower-dollar procurement rather than an ongoing supply arrangement.
