Contract 26276725

W.W. Grainger, Inc., dba Grainger, has been awarded a purchase order by the State of Texas, Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division under contract TXMAS-25-45002. The contract was awarded on June 19, 2026, with a total cumulative value of $418.42. The purchase order encompasses two line items classified as Grainger items under NIGP Code 45000, with the first line item valued at $418.42 and the second line item valued at $0.00. Performance is to be completed at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Maintenance Depot in Huntsville, Texas, with a delivery date of June 19, 2026 and zero days allowed for receipt and acceptance.

The specific products or services being procured are not detailed in the available documentation beyond their classification as Grainger items. The State of Texas has claimed an exemption from sales taxes under Texas Tax Code Section 151.309(4), as the materials are for exclusive use by a state agency. The contract represents a discrete offline sale purchase order transaction rather than an open-ended supply agreement, and the minimal contract value and immediate delivery timeline indicate this is a routine maintenance or operational supply purchase for the state correctional facility.
