Contract 26275934

W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger was awarded a contract by the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (Agency 529) on June 19, 2026, under contract number TXMAS-25-45002. The awardee is located at 7950 Research Blvd., Austin, Texas 78758-8425. The contract comprises two line items, both designated as GRAINGER ITEMs, with a total contract value of $62.91. The purchase order was processed as an offline sale transaction through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - Statewide Procurement Division, with delivery completed on June 19, 2026.

The specific products or services delivered under this contract are not explicitly detailed in the available documentation beyond the generic designation of "GRAINGER ITEMs." The purchase order indicates that the property is being procured for exclusive use by the State of Texas or a Texas political subdivision and is therefore subject to Texas tax exemption provisions. No option periods, renewal terms, or extended performance periods are specified. The minimal contract value and single-day delivery timeline suggest this represents a routine, low-dollar procurement transaction rather than a comprehensive supply or service agreement.
