W.W. Grainger, Inc. dba Grainger received a purchase order award from the Brazos River Authority - K4600, a political subdivision of Texas, under the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Statewide Procurement Division's TXMAS-25-45002 contract framework. The award, issued on June 19, 2026, encompasses the procurement of general supplies classified under National Institute of Governmental Purchasing Code 45000. As a national supplier of industrial and maintenance products, Grainger fulfilled this order through the established statewide procurement contract, which is subject to Texas tax exemption provisions applicable to state and local government entities. No advance notice of performance was required for this transaction. While the contract documents do not specify a geographic place of performance or an extended performance period, the immediate delivery date indicates this was a time-sensitive procurement processed through the existing statewide agreement.
